# Introduction

Write a form, publish a hosted link or embed, and collect answers in your workspace. Developer resources start at /developers.

Request Forms is a hosted form builder at requestforms.io. You write questions in the visual editor. You can also describe the form in plain language. The assistant then builds a real form you can edit.

You do not need an account to start. Sign in when you save, publish, or share. After you publish, people open a hosted page or an embed on your site. Their answers land in Responses.

Most of the builder stays free: forms, logic, uploads, webhooks, teams, custom CSS, API keys, and MCP. The paid plan adds white-label: hide branding and a custom domain.
