# Responses

Open the inbox and export answers as CSV or a new Google Sheet.

Open a form and choose Responses. The list shows submit time, email, and a short preview. Search by email, answer, or response id. Filter to unread rows. Open a row to read every answer. Opening a row marks it read. Questions wrap in the detail pane, so long labels stay readable.

The form owner can delete a saved response from the inbox. Delete asks for confirm. That removes the answers and any uploaded files for that response. You cannot undo this.

Each response uses the form at the time of submit. Later editor changes do not break old answers.
