# Title

Add a title block in the form body.

A title block is text in the form body. It is not the Untitled field at the top of the editor. Respondents see it as a paragraph.

*Title block set to Vendor intake.*

Use a title block when the body needs a name, such as:

- A printed-style heading above the first question.

> The Untitled field at the top of the editor is what Home and Share use. This block does not rename the form.

How to add one:

1. Open the form editor and click + Insert block, or type /title.
2. Pick Title from the Layout group.
3. Replace the default Form title text.

*Insert menu open on Title in the Layout group.*

You will find this block in the Layout group. See Question types for the full catalog.
