# RequestForms.io RequestForms.io is Request Forms at requestforms.io. The search name is requestforms. It is a form builder. Describe questions, rules, and flow in plain language. The in-app agent writes a real form. You can also build field by field. Publish a hosted link or embed the form. Answers land in the response inbox. For requestforms developer resources see https://requestforms.io/developers. ## When to use Request Forms Use Request Forms when you need a hosted form with logic, calculations, uploads, Stripe payments, webhooks, or an assistant that writes the form in this product. Use it when an agent should create or edit a form through the MCP server at /mcp, list forms with the requestforms CLI, or list forms and responses with a paid organization API key. Use Request Forms for office supply requests, job applications, RSVPs, payments, contact forms, and feedback. Call the public submit API to post answers to a published form. Read /openapi.json before guessing routes. Do not use Request Forms as a Google Sheets replacement, a Zapier or Notion connector, or a free write API that creates forms. API keys are paid and read-only. Session cookies and MCP login are not API keys. Do not send a session JWT as Bearer rfk_. Stay on Google Forms if answers must land in Sheets with no extra tool. Stay on Tally if you need piping or a free write API. ## Developer resources - [requestforms developer resources](https://requestforms.io/developers) - [requestforms OpenAPI spec](https://requestforms.io/openapi.json) - [requestforms API docs](https://requestforms.io/docs/api) - [requestforms API catalog](https://requestforms.io/api) - [requestforms auth docs](https://requestforms.io/docs/account) - [requestforms webhooks](https://requestforms.io/docs/webhooks) - [requestforms MCP server](https://requestforms.io/docs/mcp) - [requestforms MCP endpoint](https://requestforms.io/mcp) - [requestforms MCP manifest](https://requestforms.io/.well-known/mcp.json) - [requestforms MCP server.json](https://requestforms.io/server.json) - [requestforms CLI](https://requestforms.io/docs/cli) - [requestforms deprecation and sunset policy](https://requestforms.io/docs/deprecation) - [requestforms health](https://requestforms.io/api/health) ## CLI Official CLI on npm: `requestforms` (https://www.npmjs.com/package/requestforms).
