# Request Forms terms of use

These terms cover the Request Forms website at requestforms.io, the form builder, hosted forms, the API, the CLI, and the MCP server. By creating an account or using the public site, you agree to this page. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Support email is support@requestforms.io.

You must be able to form a contract. You are responsible for your account, API keys, OAuth grants, and webhook URLs. Do not share secrets. Do not attack the service, scrape private workspace routes, or use the product to collect illegal content, malware, or spam. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules or that we ban for abuse.

You own the forms you create and the answers you collect. You are the controller of respondent data. Published forms are reachable without an account. Do not put secrets in a published form. File uploads and payment fields follow the privacy page. Paid features are hiding Request Forms branding and a custom domain. Prices are on /pricing. There is no support SLA on the public site.

The product is provided as is. We do not promise uptime, rank, or fitness for a specific legal use. We can change or end features. See /docs/deprecation for sunset rules.
