Can I stay on Free?: Yes. Forms, responses, logic, payments, file uploads with no per-file size cap, custom CSS, webhooks, embeds, and members with no seat limit stay free. Rate limits apply.
What does Paid add?: $23.20 per month billed yearly (20% off), or $29 per month. Paid adds hide branding and a custom domain.
How do I upgrade?: Paid is per organization. Sign in, open the organization, and start monthly or yearly checkout with Stripe.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, on the first paid charge for an organization. Email support@requestforms.io from the owner account within 14 days. We refund that charge to the original payment method. Cancel later anytime from the billing portal. Paid features stay on until the period ends. Form payment fields go to the organization's Stripe account. We cannot refund those. The full rules are on /terms.
Is the API a write API?: Yes. Organization API keys can create and update forms. The hosted MCP server can also create and edit forms as the signed-in user. Both stay free. There is no separate forms API subscription.
How does Request Forms pricing compare to Typeform Basic?: Typeform Basic meters responses. Request Forms does not sell a monthly response bucket. Open the Typeform compare page for Typeform Basic plan prices.
When should I pick Typeform or Fillout instead?: Pick Typeform if you want Typeform's motion and brand. Request Forms Focus shows one question at a time.
