Email [email protected] for Request Forms support, product feedback, or feature ideas. That inbox is the public contact point. There is no phone number. Use the help chat at the bottom right of any page, or email that inbox. Signed-in users can also open /app/contact in the workspace, which uses the same email address.
Include your account email, the form id if the issue is about a published form, and what you already tried. For billing on a paid organization, say so in the subject. For a security report, use the same address and put security in the subject so it is handled first.
Request Forms does not sell a support SLA on the public site. We read mail about broken publishes, webhook delivery, API keys, MCP sign-in, and docs errors. We do not debug third-party CSS on your domain, and we do not recover passwords over email without the in-app reset flow.
Agents and developers should not email for API shape questions. Use /docs/api, /docs/mcp, /openapi.json, and /llms.txt. Webhook setup is in /docs/webhooks. Auth for the website and MCP is in /docs/account. The XML sitemap is /sitemap.xml.
