Tool
Quiz builder
People search for a quiz maker when they want scores, right and wrong answers, or a lead-gate result. Request Forms can collect quiz-style answers and store a calculated score. It is not a quiz grader with a question bank or live marks on the public form.
The job
Ask questions, score answers, and show a result or collect a lead.
What Request Forms can do
- Multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, rating, ranking, and linear scale.
- Conditional logic that shows a follow-up from a score or choice.
- A calculated field that stores a number after submit, such as a simple score.
- A thank-you page after the last step.
- The agent can write the quiz from a plain-language prompt.
What it cannot do
- This is not a quiz grader. The public form does not mark answers live.
- Calculated values appear in Responses after submit. Preview stays blank.
- No question bank, random order, or pass and fail certificate.
- No timed exam or anti-cheat lock.
How to build it
- Open Write a form and describe the quiz, or insert Multiple choice and Rating blocks.
- Add Number answers or mapped scores, then insert a Calculated field for the total.
- Add logic if a low score should show a follow-up question.
- Publish the hosted link or embed the form. Read scores in Responses or export CSV.
When to pick each
Pick Request Forms
- You want a scored lead quiz or a short assessment on a free plan.
- You already collect answers in Request Forms and need a simple stored score.
Pick another product
- You need a classroom exam with live marks, a question bank, or certificates.
- You need a dedicated quiz funnel product with outcome pages as the core job.
Questions
- Can Request Forms grade a quiz?
- It can store a calculated score after submit. It does not mark each answer on the public form. See Calculated fields in the docs.
- Can I build a personality quiz?
- Yes, with multiple choice and logic that branches on answers. You write the outcome copy. There is no built-in personality engine.
