Survey analytics
People search for a survey maker when they want feedback, NPS-style scores, and reports. Request Forms can run that survey and show a 7-day conversion trend. It is not SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics. There is no respondent panel and no long-term research suite.

- Use a 0 to 10 linear scale for an NPS-style question.
- Publish the form and share the link or embed.
- Open Analytics for the 7-day trend. Open Responses or export CSV for the answers.

- You want unlimited responses on free and will export CSV for deeper work.
Pick another product
- You need a research panel, benchmarks, or long-range survey analytics.
- Answers must land in Google Sheets with no extra tool. Stay on Google Forms.

- The in-app report covers 7 days. Export CSV if you need a longer archive of answers.
- Can I run an NPS survey?
- Yes. Use a 0 to 10 linear scale and logic for detractors. Request Forms does not compute a branded NPS dashboard.
