Form builder assistant
Describe the form in plain language. The agent edits a real form.
Start from the home page composer, or open Write a form. Guests can prompt and build a form without an account. Sign in when you save, publish, or save a template.
Return to Write a form to continue the same draft. The assistant keeps building if you leave or refresh. Chat history is stored on that form. The visual editor sits on the same page. Select a reply to restore that draft, save it as a template, or switch to the manual editor. Use New form to start over. Go to form takes you to the Share page.
