Multiple choice

Let the person pick one option from a radio list.

Multiple choice shows every option as a radio button. The person picks one. The response stores that option label.

Edit the option labels on the card. Add more with Add option.

Multiple choice with Search and Referral as options.

Use multiple choice when exactly one option is valid, such as:

  • Yes or no.
  • A source, plan, or department.
  • Any closed list where two answers would be wrong.

How to add one:

  1. Open the form editor and click + Insert block, or type /multiple.
  2. Pick Multiple choice from the Questions group.
  3. Edit the question label and each option. Add option as needed.
  4. To convert later, use Block type on the card. The option list stays when you switch between choice blocks.
  5. Mark Required if the person must pick one.
