Title

Add a title block in the form body.

A title block is text in the form body. It is not the Untitled field at the top of the editor. Respondents see it as a paragraph.

In the editor, insert Title. Set the text to Vendor intake. Capture the title field.

Use a title block when the body needs a name, such as:

  • A printed-style heading above the first question.

How to add one:

  1. Open the form editor and click + Insert block, or type /title.
  2. Pick Title from the Layout group.
  3. Replace the default Form title text.
