Phone number

Collect a telephone number with a country dial selector.

A phone question stores a telephone string. The public form shows a country dial control and a number box.

A new block defaults the dial list to US. The saved value must look like a phone number.

In the editor, insert Phone number. Keep the default label. Capture the card, the id line, and the dial selector.

Use a phone question when you need a number you can call or text, such as:

  • A contact or booking form.
  • An on-call or delivery number.

How to add one:

  1. Open the form editor and click + Insert block, or type /phone.
  2. Pick Phone number from the Questions group.
  3. Edit the label. Mark Required if the number is mandatory.
