Heading 3

Add a small heading on the form.

Heading 3 is a small heading. It is layout. Respondents do not answer it.

In the editor, insert Heading 3. Set the text to Contacts. Capture the small heading field.

Use Heading 3 when you need a light label above a group, such as:

  • A sub-group inside a section.

How to add one:

  1. Open the form editor and click + Insert block, or type /heading.
  2. Pick Heading 3 from the Layout group.
  3. Choose Heading 3. Replace the default text.
