Stripe payments

Connect the organization's Stripe account so form payments go to that account.

A payment block charges a card with Stripe. The money goes to the organization that owns the form. Request Forms does not take that money.

An owner or admin connects Stripe on the organization page. Do not paste a Stripe secret into Request Forms.
