Prefer write_form. Pass the form request in plain language. The builder agent writes the form, same as the website assistant. The tool returns threadId, formId, the assistant reply, and publicUrl. Set publish true when you want the hosted link ready.

You can also create_form, add_block, publish_form, and list_responses. Template, organization, billing, Stripe Connect, and API key tools match the website. Call list_block_kinds before you insert fields if you need the catalog names.
