Add a medium heading on the form.

Heading 2 is a medium heading. It is layout. Respondents do not answer it.

In the editor, insert Heading 2. Set the text to Company details. Capture the medium heading field.

Use Heading 2 when Heading 1 is too large, such as:

  • A subsection under a larger title.

How to add one:

  1. Open the form editor and click + Insert block, or type /heading.
  2. Pick Heading 2 from the Layout group.
  3. Choose Heading 2. Replace the default text.
