Let an assistant connect with OAuth and call the same API as the website.
Request Forms hosts an MCP server. After OAuth, an MCP client can create forms and read answers. It talks to the same API as the website. It does not click around the UI. write_form sends the user request to the same builder agent as the website text box.
Hosted HTTP at /mcp requires OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. The client opens /oauth/authorize. You sign in with your Request Forms account. This is not the API-key product. API keys use Bearer rfk_ tokens on /api/v1.
