requestforms MCP server

requestforms MCP server: let an assistant sign in and call the same API as the website.

Request Forms includes an MCP server in the repo. An MCP client can sign up, confirm email, create forms, and read answers. It calls the NestJS API. It does not click the website.

This path uses the rf_session cookie, the same as a browser session. It is not the paid API-key product. Paid keys only list forms and responses.
