How it works

Paste the snippet into your page.
/embed.js defines the custom element and opens a shadow root.
The form loads from the public API and grows with its content.
Inline embeds inherit font, text color, background, and accent from the host.
You can change the form later without editing the snippet.
A headless CMS stores the form id and renders this same snippet. See Headless CMS.
